LEADERSHIP

Brij is our Managing Partner.  Prior to cofounding SSNW, Brij was an Associate Partner with Accenture and a Consulting Partner with Arthur Andersen. During his three decades in consulting, Brij has successfully guided a number of companies through technology strategy and integration, process and organizational design in finance, procurement, and information technology, and transition services for accounting and technology.  He has led implementations of various package systems, including Lawson, SAP, JD Edwards and People Soft.

Todd Rask is a Partner and provides leadership in the areas of technology services and information technology strategy. Todd has extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise systems, as well as process expertise in procurement, inventory, and preventative maintenance. He has also served as Acting CIO for two of SSNW’s clients in the forest products industry.

Prior to joining SSNW, Todd was the Managing Principal of Trinity Consulting Group, a Director at Emerald Solutions, and a Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he focused on delivering business integration solutions in the forest products industry. Todd has also led large-scale custom application development initiatives. Todd has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Shilpa Karnik is a Partner with over fifteen years of industry and consulting experience, and leads our Dynamics AX strategy. Shilpa has been a part of SSNW since its inception in 2002. Prior to this, Shilpa was a Manager at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting group, where she provided program management and change enablement expertise.

Under Shilpa’s leadership, SSNW has successfully implemented several AX projects and become a premier solution provider for Dynamics AX in the Pacific Northwest. Shilpa is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Bombay, India. When not in the office, Shilpa enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her garden, and traveling.
